Well. I did it.

I canceled our Disney trip for April. It's a new experience for me to be sure. I'm not quite sure why I suddenly felt no desire to go. Roni said, "You always say that everything happens for a reason, so maybe it's preventing something bad from happening."

Maybe. I don't know, but it's done. I'm kind of sad in a way, but also feeling a sense of relief. It's very strange, actually.

It's always good to follow your gut! Hey I need to find you on fb! How do we do that? :-)

Wow! For you to cancel a Disney trip, you must have some serious gut feelings going on. Glad you're feeling relieved about NOT going (seriously...that sounds so "off" for you). I'm sure you'll be back sometime this year.

I'm glad it feels right. Of course, I guess you'll never know what could have happened, if that's why your instincts told you to cancel. Maybe it's because you're going to end up with a great new job and won't have the vacation time by then.

I'm sorry you felt the need to cancel your trip though Disney will always be there :-) I am glad though that you do feel some relief with your decision.

Yup you have to always trust your gut, or mommy intuition. Maybe the answer will be clear to you, maybe it won't. But I agree that a good job is on the horizon!

Aww, canceling trips is never fun. Especially if it's somewhere you have such nostalgic memories of, like Disney. But you did what was best for you right now, and maybe a new Disney trip will be planned out for you all sometime later this year. :)
